my christmas has been spent reading up about a murder case in the 50s in France for 45 minutes, eating some sort of a christmas meal with my mother and deciding that we should save the Christmas crackers for next year and putting them back in the box, putting my cat in a blanket and shouting ‘look, it’s the saviour in swaddling clothes!’ and, finally, discussing how pigs in blankets look like small penises and thank goodness we’re vegetarian.
